- House of Kanya sells and rents premium artificial jewellery (fashion / imitation / costume jewellery).
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no pieces are real gold, diamonds, or precious metals/gemstones.
- References to traditional techniques (kundan, polki, meenakari) describe style/aesthetic, not materials.
Product Photos & Representation
- Professional lighting is used; screen settings may affect appearance.
- Handmade/karigar production means finishes may vary slightly between batches.
- Minor variations in shade, stone cut, or setting are normal and not defects.
- If exact colour matching is critical, we recommend a studio visit or WhatsApp for a current photo.
Rental Condition & Wear
- Pieces are inspected, cleaned, and sanitised before every handover.
- Artificial jewellery is delicate; plating and stones may show gentle wear over repeated rentals. Pieces are retired before they are noticeably worn, but minor signs of previous use are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
- Jewellery is not guaranteed hypoallergenic. Clients with metal allergies should inform us before booking.
- Clients are responsible for safekeeping during the rental period. Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear is covered under our Terms of Service and deposit policy.
Information Accuracy
- Our collection rotates; availability changes daily. A piece shown online may be rented or sold by the time of enquiry.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honoured at the quoted price.
- Occasional typographical errors may appear; we reserve the right to correct them and will communicate material changes affecting confirmed bookings.

- Delivery via Porter and other couriers — we are not liable for their delays, damage, or loss after handover.
- WhatsApp is our primary communication channel — we are not responsible for Meta/WhatsApp delivery failures.
- Embedded maps (Google Maps) are provided by third parties — we are not responsible for their accuracy.
- Payments via secure third-party gateways — we do not store full card or UPI details.
