How remote destination booking works

If you are planning a destination wedding from overseas, you can browse and shortlist remotely on WhatsApp or a video call. Share outfit references, function dates, and your venue city — we curate from the Gurgaon studio without asking you to ship or carry bridal jewellery internationally.

Once you reserve, booking continues with advance payment and a trusted local contact in India. That contact must be physically present to complete Aadhaar-based ID verification and to collect and return the jewellery on your behalf. Studio visits in Gurgaon can still be paid with Cash or Google Pay. For NRI and overseas bookings where in-person cash payment is not possible, full advance payment is required before dispatch — this applies to remote bookings only, not the standard in-studio process.

Yes. We provide destination wedding jewellery rental from our Sector 40 Gurugram studio for celebrations across India — including NRI and overseas bookings with a local contact in India for Aadhaar verification, pickup, and return. Porter covers Delhi NCR within about 60 km; outside that radius we plan destination timelines on WhatsApp.

How does booking work if I'm not in India?+

Browse and shortlist remotely on WhatsApp or a video call using your outfit references and wedding dates. Once you reserve, a local contact in India completes Aadhaar ID verification and handles pickup or return on your behalf, so jewellery does not need to be shipped or carried internationally. Who can be my local contact, and what do they need to do?+

How does payment work for NRI/international bookings?+

How far in advance should NRI brides book?+

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before the wedding so remote styling, local-contact verification, and dispatch can be planned calmly. During peak season (October–March), book earlier whenever possible.
