A refundable security deposit is mandatory for every jewellery rental. The deposit is returned within 3–5 business days after successful inspection and safe return of all rented jewellery.

Essential and Bridal Premium include 3 days. Destination packages include 5–7 days, longer on request.

What happens if jewellery is damaged?+

Damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the security deposit after a fair assessment.

Can I extend my rental?+

Yes, with advance notice. Fees may apply. Uncommunicated late returns may attract a ₹1,000 per day fee.

Do you provide bridal styling assistance?+

Yes. Priority styling is included in Bridal Premium and Destination packages, and stylists curate jewellery to match your outfit.
